This church which is a historical building is in a circle. The area is neat, nice & quiet. The people are friendly, helpful & beautiful. I also love the landscape & architecture.

This large Episcopal church sits in the center of Annapolis ("Ann's City) in the middle of a pair of Colonial-era traffic circles/piazzas. Next to the church is the Maryland State House.
Notable in the church are the twelve stained glass windows. After entering the nave, the he first window to the left (back of church) honors an early rector (head pastor), Mr. Southgate, after whom is named a neighboring residential street.
This is an active place of worship. While it is most heavily used on Sundays, visitors may encounter religious activities at various hours of the day throughout the week. Note that the space is used for quiet prayer and meditation by all. It's wise to maintain relative quiet while visiting unless on an organized tour of the space.Added September 12, 2016 by John Marquette - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
